Terms of Service

These terms apply when your agency creates an account or orders from SEO Reseller Services UK, a trading style of Digital Search Group Ltd.

Orders and payment

Orders are paid upfront by card before the brief is collected. Prices exclude VAT; 20% VAT is added for UK clients. Monthly services renew each month until cancelled and stop at the end of the paid month. Plan changes take effect from the next renewal.

Delivery

We deliver the work described on each service page under your agency's brand. Links include a 12-month replacement window from placement while you have live campaigns with us.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you have permission to share client details and website access with us, and that briefs are accurate. We process client personal data only on your instructions, as described in our privacy policy.

Liability

Search rankings depend on factors outside our control, so we don't guarantee specific positions. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
